That Black Ghetto

I don't think you care about the kids. 

Like the kids got to spend 18 years inside this building. So why not make the buildings beautiful?

Because for my kids I'm not sending my kids to an ugly school. 

Like that's just not happening; and some people may call me bougie but then some of the ghetto people call me bougie but the bougie people call me ghetto so tell me how to do that work? I'm waiting for an answer…

I'm not gonna send my kids a no ugly school like I would rather pay monies to send my kids to a private school or apply to wait long years on a charter list rather or to be a homeschool mom and pay a tutor to teach my kids how to learn what it is for them to learn of the school. 

Because I'm not sending my kids in ugly school. 

I'm not gonna send my kid to a school that has ugly dirty bathrooms the bathroom is not clean and you don't have AC you don't have heat you telling me the government that I pay all the taxes to every year can’t put heat and air conditioning in the kids school? You tell me what type of government is that?

Nothing. 

They want us to send our kids to an ugly school but my city need to get it together.

Second of all, they want us to live in ugly communities. Please don't tell me everybody has a choice about where they can live I'm not trying to hear that. 

You don't want to hear that people have a communities in Baltimore city are ugly. When it's no trees it's no flowers it’s just sadness hour after hour. 

Baltimore city owes us monies. They must put parks in our neighborhood so the children can run and play and they have to be clean so that means you have to not only put a good looking parks in a neighborhood but you must put people to clean the parks as well. Trash cans and signs that say no littering just like you do in the county. When I drive out the county it has beautiful communities. 

It's just like all you guys give us is it the very little. 

We need parks for these kids to play.  Sports complex and recreation centers in our project developments. We want nice computers we want nice office space to work in. We want to play stations and use an oculus. We want to be in the Metaverse with Keke Palmer. 

Oh government you guys got a put some funding into these things. 

A bus is a nice bus. Clean air transportation so less pollution in our communities. 

You're not fooling us you better get some money and put some money there and we need swimming pools for the summertime because black people like to swim we can do that. 

To do this and I am here to negotiate what our neighborhoods needs and want. 

Parents are requesting daycare centers. 

And state of the art daycare centers at that; so that our children can be going to nice daycare centers like the children of white families.
